Treatment underway

This morning I began treatment for my thyroid condition. I was given a pill containing radioactive iodine. I have to stay away from people for about a week because of the radiation. I don't feel any different. There's a lot of work around the house that I've been putting off and this is the perfect excuse to get some of it done.
