Gardening is my way of escaping the rat race. It's very satisfying to watch things you plant with your own hands grow into something beautiful. My father was a professional gardener and my mother did Japanese flower arrangement (Ikebana). I didn't have much interest in gardening when I was young. But as I grow older, I enjoy it more and more.
