The BIOS on the P5W DH needs some maturing. The board doesn't run 4:5 ratio particularly well. There may be some settings I'm missing. But for now, I'll probably run 1:1 most of the time until I can figure out some things.
Well, my DDR2 should be able to do 500MHz at 4-4-3. They won't. Also, I have to run 4-4-4 just to get to 480. For some reason the BIOS does not like X-X-3 at very high speeds. 3-3-3 or 3-2-2 is no problem though at 1:1 ratio.
I don't have any problem running 1:1 most of the time. But it would be nice having the 4:5 ratio work properly. What I found though is that 4:5 at 4-4-4 on this board is almost as fast as 1:1 at 3-3-3.
