Corsair

As part of my conversion to DDR2, I've also ordered Corsair 5400UL. This RAM has actually been around for quite awhile. Very hard to find now in the US. Capable of 3-2-2 timings. Might work better for my Yonah system.

Update: I had to cancel my order because the reseller did not actually have the 5400UL's in stock, even though their website clearly indicated otherwise. I ordered a pair of Corsair 8000UL instead from another vendor.

This RAM has been around for about a year. It probably won't do DDR1000. But it's rated at 3-2-2 which is very good. And yes, it uses Micron D9 chips.
