TeamGroup Micron

Been playing with the TeamGroup Micron modules for a few hours. Having trouble getting them stable at DDR540 with 3-3-3 timings. They run Memtest fine at that speed. But not Prime stable. Moved to divider testing. More results later. On Friday nights I'm usually very tired, so I may be able to figure this out tomorrow.

Hi Sierra, long time no see/hear/read/whatever.

I tried the ocz micron "F"'s aand just got a set of the team "F"'s to replace some bad performing balistixs. The OCZ's only hit around 270 also. I haven't tested the teams yet, but I'll try tonight and see if they are any better. I finally sold my gskill FF's because 1 gig is only good for benching these days. by the way I also tried the venus board and it was a disaster. No usb working so I returned it right away. I think the F microns will be good for workhorse boxes up to 270.

Hi there. 270 has been the max for me so far with the TeamGroup (3-3-3-8 timings). I may try different BIOS's (using Ultra-D) to see if that makes a difference.

low to mid 270's here with all sorts of timings tried. They error before my balistix hand picked sticks, so they are on to my 2nd box. They were a tad better than ocz's version though. anyway I am 100% sure part of my problem is my Expert has a lower top htt than my sli-dr did. I wish that Venus I had didn't have usb problems because it seems that some are getting higher htt on it than the experts.
